How to register with the center
Registering with the Disability Services Center gives you access to academic support, exam accommodations, and the activities and courses the center runs. Registration is free and open to all Zagazig University students with disabilities.
- Download and complete the registration form from the "Downloadable Forms" page.
- Prepare a copy of your ID and proof of disability (integrated services card or an accredited medical report).
- Complete the online form at the bottom of this page.
- Hand your documents to your faculty's coordinator or to the center's office.
- Receive your registration confirmation and details of the services available to you.
Documents required
- A copy of your national ID or birth certificate.
- A copy of your integrated services card or an accredited medical report stating the type and degree of disability.
- A recent personal photograph.
- A copy of your university card or proof of enrolment.
