For the Disability Services Center at Zagazig University to be a global leader in serving students with disabilities.
Mission
Providing educational services to students with disabilities at Egyptian public universities to build a suitable environment, in cooperation with the relevant faculties and centers.
Goals
Raising awareness and providing comprehensive rehabilitation for students with disabilities, and advancing the capabilities and skills of academic and administrative staff.
- Providing an inclusive, accessible learning environment that lets students with disabilities live their university life independently.
- Delivering the academic and technical support students with disabilities need within their faculties.
- Raising awareness across the university and the wider community of the rights and needs of people with disabilities.
- Training academic and administrative staff in how best to work with students with disabilities.
- Developing the artistic and athletic talents and abilities of students with disabilities.
- Cooperating with organisations serving people with disabilities inside and outside Egypt.
